A full session is 60 minutes long and takes place weekly, allowing time to build a trusting and supportive therapeutic relationship.After an initial period, we can review and discuss the frequency of sessions to ensure therapy is progressing appropriately.

Each session is £60. I offer a 10% discount on block bookings of 5 or more sessions. Concessionary prices available on request. Payments to be made upfront and by bank transfer.

Following this conversation, I will send you some paperwork to read, sign and return before our first session if you decide to book.

Yes, counselling is confidential, and your privacy is important. However, there are certain circumstances in which confidentiality may need to be broken, such as where there are concerns about serious risk of harm.
